Blueberry Make-It-All-Better Muffins

Preheat an oven 400°

In a bowl, mix together:

1 egg
1 c. Brown Sugar Malt-O-Meal
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. vanilla soy milk
1/4 c. bran flakes
1/4 c. olive oil
1/8 c. flax seeds (buy whole flax seeds and run them through your coffee bean grinder just before cooking in order to preserve the most antioxidants)
2 tbs. agave syrup
1 tbs. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla

Fill each cup about 3/4 full. There should be enough for about 15 muffins. If your baking tin isn’t non-stick, be sure to grease it well before hand. Baking time runs between 10-15 minutes.
